This week, we organized our first tour and round of discussions at our Passive House project in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
Organized by AIA Brooklyn, the event sold out quickly and we were happy to see so much continued interest in passive house construction! As the walls are not finished and closed yet, it was a good time see many of the critical air barrier and insulation details in progress. A big Thank You to the contractor R Sutton Co. which had prepared the site and was able to provide hands-on demonstration of some of the more complex details. We hope to do this again once the building is further along.
